Guidelines

DiscountAdvances Creative / Content Guidelines

Affiliates who create content must adhere to the DiscountAdvances (DCA) Creative Guidelines noted below. Violation of the guidelines may result in loss of commissions and termination from the program.

• Affiliates are not to use the term “Official Site” or any phrase or word with that connotation in their creative or website content. (e.g., DiscountAdvances Payday Loan Official Site).
• Affiliates are allowed to mention the DCA name within the ad text creative. (e.g., DiscountAdvances is the quickest way to get a short-term cash advance now).
• The term “no credit checks/bad credit ok/bad credit accepted” and the use of APR rates or prices cannot be included in promotions (e.g., Only $13.96 per $100 loaned, No Credit Checks / Bad Credit Ok).
• Affiliates cannot promote DCA via email communication at this time.
• Affiliates cannot promote DCA in the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oregon, Sacramento, CA, South Dakota, Virginia, and West Virginia.
• DCA cannot be advertised on websites containing adult content, sexually explicit content or ads, violence, sites that promote discrimination based on race, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or age, or illegal or demeaning content.
• Affiliates cannot change any link coding.
• Using copyrighted or registered icons is NOT permitted.
• All offers should be represented fairly and accurately.
• Display URLs must represent the actual landing page where traffic is being sent.
• Affiliates agree not to use SPAM, spyware, parasiteware, or adware.
• Affiliates may not permit user-generated coupons for DiscountAdvances to be promoted within their sites.
• Affiliates may not open any social media assets (accounts, fan pages, applications, etc.) that include the branded DCA name, domain terms with spaces (e.g., Discount Advances), popular misspellings, or any other variations.

Affiliates must adhere to the DiscountAdvances (DCA) search policy guidelines. Violation of the guidelines may result in loss of commissions and termination from the program. The guidelines include:

Bidding Guidelines for Direct Linking to DCA

Any affiliate sending traffic directly to the DCA site must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Affiliate’s ad may not appear for any search terms that include the branded DCA name, domain terms with spaces (e.g., Discount Advances), popular misspellings, or any other variations. These terms should be included as negative keywords to ensure listings do not appear on broad match results.
• Affiliates may not bid on any branded term by adding the word “the” before it or spaces (e.g., The Discount Advances, Discount Advances).
• Affiliates may not bid on any branded term with registered, trademark or copyright symbols (e.g., DiscountAdvances™).
• Affiliates may not use or purchase domain names containing branded terms (e.g., www.discountadvancesdeals.com,  www.discountadvancesinstant.com).
• Affiliates may not outbid DiscountAdvances.
• DCA and its affiliates may not promote services in the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oregon, Sacramento, CA, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Bidding Guidelines for Indirect Linking to DCA

Any affiliate sending traffic to their site must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Affiliate’s ad can appear for branded DCA names, domain terms with spaces, popular misspellings, or any other variations.
• Affiliates may not bid on any branded term with registered trademark or copyright symbols (e.g., DiscountAdvances™).
• Affiliates may not use or purchase domain names containing branded terms (e.g., www.discountadvancesdeals.com,  www.discountadvancesinstant.com).
• Affiliates may not outbid DiscountAdvances.
• DCA and its affiliates may not promote services in the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oregon, Sacramento, CA, Virginia, and West Virginia.
